Southern Cross, LLC in Aiken, SC is hiring Gas Leak Survey Technicians to inspect natural gas lines for leaks using specialized detection equipment. This is a field-based, outdoor role requiring walking 5+ miles daily and driving your own vehicle between sites. No experience required—paid training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle for daily work use.
• Comfortable walking 5+ miles daily.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to bend, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

What You’ll Do

We're hiring Gas Leak Survey Technicians to join our Aiken, SC team. No experience required – paid training provided. This is a field-based role – you'll work outdoors, walk several miles daily, and work independently after training.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
