Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude or electronic aptitude to support disassembly
• Experience with lean manufacturing and standard work processes
• Ability to use tools and lifting devices safely
• Experience in a team environment and effective communication

Responsibilities

• Disassemble engine components to the component level
• Follow documented procedures and standard work
• Operate lifting devices and cranes for components over 40 lbs
• Maintain organized workflow and clean work area
• Identify and document component abnormalities during disassembly
• Support continuous improvement and 5S practices
• Communicate effectively with team members
