Qualifications

• 5+ years of natural gas utility construction experience.
• Experience installing and replacing steel, plastic, and service gas lines.
• Knowledge of natural gas distribution construction practices.
• Ability to read construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain Operator Qualification (OQ) certifications.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to communicate effectively with crews, inspectors, and customers.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise natural gas distribution construction crews.
• Plan, organize, and delegate daily work assignments.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to crew members.
• Coordinate crews, materials, and equipment from start to finish.
• Conduct pre-job reviews and jobsite walk-throughs.
• Maintain productivity while ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Ensure all crews follow company safety policies and industry regulations.
