Job summary

Centerline Energy Construction is seeking a Foreman for Distribution with 5+ years in Gas Distribution Construction leadership. The role requires CDL knowledge, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to supervise a field crew on pipeline projects.

The position emphasizes daily on-site supervision, coordination with inspectors and clients, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations, with extensive field responsibilities and potential travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Gas Distribution Construction leadership capacity.
• Class A CDL preferred and able to operate related equipment.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Willing to travel and work away from home.
• Strong safety compliance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of field crew, production efficiencies, daily safety/JSAs, communication with Inspection and Client, daily logs, manage crew capabilities & OQs.
• Provide direct supervision and technical guidance of up to 5 people on a Distribution Pipeline Crew performing various tasks for proper installation of Natural Gas Pipeline.
• Coordinating essential personnel on-site for the project to include crew mobilization.
• Communicate and enforce all safety regulations.
• Identifying, communicating, and troubleshooting problems on the job site.
