Airgas USA, LLC is hiring a Plant Operator in Indianapolis, IN. You will fill high-pressure cylinders (Industrial, Medical, and Mixes) using compression temperature/pressure methods, while safely operating and maintaining related equipment.

The role includes performing inspections, maintaining records, and assisting with loading, inventory, and customer support. The position requires the ability to perform very heavy work, lift 25–75 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance, plus forklift

Qualificações

• Ability to operate forklift and become forklift certified.
• Ability to perform very heavy work and lift up to 100 lbs with aid where needed.

Responsabilidades

• Fill high-pressure cylinders (Industrial, Medical, Mixes) following compression temperature/pressure methods.
• Operate and maintain equipment for pumping or repackaging gases into cylinders.
• Perform pre-fill and post-fill inspections and ensure safety before release of cylinders.
• Maintain cylinder filling records and follow procedures to meet local, state and federal regulations.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and support inventory and housekeeping.
