Connecticut Natural Gas Corporation is seeking a Manager for Gas Control & SCADA in Milford, CT. You will lead daily and strategic operations, ensuring safety, reliability, and security of gas transmission and distribution systems.

You will oversee staff performance, budgets, and audits, while coordinating upgrades and emergency response. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential for this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent with significant supervisory/control room experience.
• Experience leading gas control operations or SCADA environments with regulatory compliance responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily and long-term operational activities and staff priorities.
• Manage staffing, performance, development, hiring, and succession planning.
• Oversee budgets, cost controls, capital planning, reporting, and compliance tracking.
• Maintain SCADA databases, telemetry data, EMS information, and supporting control systems.
• Prepare for and support federal and state audits and regulatory reviews.
• Ensure compliance with PHMSA, state requirements, and company procedures.
