Job summary

A leading engineering services provider is seeking a Service Technician for natural gas compression operations. This position includes a 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off rotation with guaranteed hours and overtime potential. Key responsibilities involve troubleshooting and maintenance of gas compression equipment, along with operations on engines and compressors. Candidates with experience in these areas are highly preferred. The role offers competitive pay ranging from $35 to $50 per hour, housing during rotations, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working with natural gas compression equipment strongly preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of Caterpillar or Waukesha engines is highly advantageous.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of natural gas compression equipment.
• Work on Caterpillar and Waukesha engines and Ariel and Gemini compressors.
• Operate within a 14-day-on / 14-day-off rotation, working 12-hour guaranteed shifts.

Skills

Mechanical troubleshooting
