Job summary

SEC Energy Products & Services L.P. is seeking a field technician to repair and maintain gas compression equipment in the Oklahoma region.

This is a rotational position with responsibilities across compressor stations, plant facilities, and pipelines to ensure uptime and reliability. The role requires basic education, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent organizational skills and communication abilities.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate compressor station equipment and related facilities.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate work with employees and contractors for safe, timely completion.
• Provide budgetary information, schedule outages, and manage materials and inventory.
• Interpret drawings, OEM manuals, and technical resources for assigned tasks.
• Ensure safe work practices and regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT, EPA).
• Provide on-call support and maintain records and documentation.
