Natural Gas Services Group, Inc. is a leading provider of natural gas compression equipment, technology and services to the energy industry.

The Field Service Technician will support the Giddings, Brenham, or College Station region by performing major maintenance and repairs on our rental fleet, coordinating with teams to meet customer needs. This role includes on-call rotations, extensive field work, and travel to field locations while upholding HSE policies and driving continuous improvement

Competenze

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.
• Background check, drug screening, and DOT physical required.
• Willingness to travel to field locations and work in a field environment.

Mansioni

• Champion and enforce all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and initiatives.
• Perform skilled tasks including all levels of maintenance, repairs, and overhauls as directed by supervisory personnel.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose all levels of natural gas compressor system failures.
• Optimize compression equipment performance.
• Stay abreast of advanced natural gas compressor and engine theory and maintenance.
• Comply with all company and customer safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Complete appropriate paperwork as directed.
• Perform duties as trainer when required.
• Continually hone and develop electronic and computer skills.
• Demonstrate and further develop leadership skills.
• Present a professional image.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
