Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson is seeking a TGCM Site Services Manager to lead on-site gas and chemical management for a semiconductor facility. The role directs TGCM Technicians, ensures safety and quality, and serves as primary customer interface.

You will coordinate staffing, training, and daily operations under contract terms, while driving continuous improvement and accurate reporting. The position requires the ability to work shifts, strong troubleshooting, and experience mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff the site according to contract terms.
• Direct TGCM Site Service Technicians on site daily activities.
• Serve as primary interface with the customer on site.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols.

• Attend customer meetings and handle monthly billing.
