Gas & Chemical Technician position in Dallas, TX, contract-to-hire, entails operating liquid bulk and specialty gas/chemical delivery equipment, conducting safety inspections, and monitoring systems to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include rounds, transfers, emergency response, and training support while adhering to HS&E standards and site procedures. Must pass screenings and join a safety-focused team.

Competenze

• Experience in the semiconductor or chemical/specialty gas field.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work effectively in emergency or high-stress situations and perform problem-solving tasks safely and properly.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.

Mansioni

• Maintain and operate liquid bulk and specialty gas/chemical delivery equipment.
• Perform minor inspections and preventive maintenance on gas/chemical equipment.
• Perform daily rounds, recording readings, safety inspections, monitoring systems, and change-outs.
• Monitor and understand correct liquid bulk delivery procedures for each product on site.
• Perform bulk gas and chemical trailer transfers.
• Be an active member of the Emergency Response Team.
• Support training of TGCM contractors as needed.
• Comply with HS&E standards, PPE, Forklift Operations, Lock Out/Tag Out, and Confined Space Entry.
