TSMC Arizona invites you to join a leading semiconductor fab, delivering next-gen process tech from N4 to N2 and beyond. The Facilities Gas and Chemical Engineer will sustain, troubleshoot, and project-manage critical distribution systems that power a 24/7 operation in Phoenix.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and collaboration with manufacturing, facility teams, suppliers, and internal customers. On-site work in Phoenix, with occasional night shifts and ERT duties, is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• 2 years’ experience in semiconductor facilities chemical, gas or slurry distribution systems is a plus.
• Interpersonal skills: communication, computer proficiency, presentation, listening, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Sustain, troubleshoot, and manage gas/chemical/slurry distribution systems for 24/7 facility operations.
• Oversee system capacity vs. demand and lead troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
• Provide system engineering leadership to support safety, reliability, quality, environmental and cost objectives.
