Job summary

The Fireplace People in West Berlin, NJ is seeking a motivated Prefabricated Fireplace Installer to join our team. You will be the final impression for customers and ensure a positive, memorable experience from concept to completion.

No prior hearth experience is required; we provide hands-on training. You will work with a supportive team, use the company vehicle to visit job sites, and help deliver high-quality installations and service.

Qualifications

• Polite and personable demeanor.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers.
• Proven record of building customer relationships.
• U.S. work authorization and valid Driver’s License.
• Previous sales experience (preferred, but not required).
• Current Driver's License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build good rapport with on-site customers.
• Manage your schedule & time to complete jobs efficiently.
• Use Company Vehicle to travel to job sites.
• Fill out pre & post paperwork on time and in detail.
• Keep track of on-site issues and report them if unresolved.
• Provide feedback if you have ideas to improve processes.
• Perform various logistical tasks as needed.
• Maintain organization with tools/vehicle/files.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Physically able to carry 75 lbs up stairs.
• Climb and work on ladders, roofs and heights over 25 ft.

Gas and Electric Fireplace Installer

We are seeking a motivated, highly personable and enthusiastic Prefabricated Fireplace Installer to join our team at The Fireplace People in West Berlin, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and looking to break into the hearth industry with no prior experience necessary. As the Prefabricated Fireplace Installer, you will be the last impression of our company and will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers. Compensation

$22 hourly, Monday - Thursday 7am until completion

Compensation: $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities
