Gary's Auto in Missouri is hiring a General Tire and Lube Technician to join our team. You will perform tire rotations, oil changes, inspections, and basic alignments while delivering top-notch customer service.

We offer industry-leading pay ($640-$800 per week), comprehensive benefits, paid vacation, ongoing training, and a friendly, supportive shop environment. No weekends.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous tire and lube technician experience preferred.
• Proficient tire installation and oil change procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate shop equipment safely.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire rotations, installations, and repairs with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks for optimal vehicle performance.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify potential issues or safety concerns.
• Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires for even tread wear and stability.
• Maintain accurate service records including parts used and time spent.
• Assist customers with tire recommendations and provide outstanding service.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working in the shop.
• No weekends.
