You will handle inbox inquiries, perform high-volume clerical tasks, sort mail, and assist with outbound mailings while learning basic garnishment concepts and forms. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Office experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with department Inbox (general inquiries).
• Assist with high-volume administrative tasks.
• Sort/scan department mail and coordinate outbound mailings.
• Introduction to basic garnishment knowledge (order types, forms, vocabulary).
• Communicate with internal departments and external clients/employees.
• Assist with various clerical tasks as requested.
