Qualifications

• Must be able to wash, slice, cut and prepare garnishes with consistent quality.
• Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and rotation standards.
• Strong organization and time-management in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Wash, slice, cut and prepare garnishes including citrus, herbs, berries, twists, and skewers.
• Create specialty garnishes like dehydrated fruit, infused sugars, and edible flowers.
• Restock garnish trays and prep stations before and during service.
• Coordinate with bartenders to anticipate needs and maintain smooth service.
• Prepare simple mixers, syrups, and other beverage components as assigned.
• Label, date, store, and rotate ingredients using FIFO practices.
