Location: Detroit Lakes, MN. This is a full-time, onsite role.
Shift: Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM. Night Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:00 AM.
Pay: Starting wage: $15.00-$17.00 per hour , based on shift.
Growth: This role can build skills in garment inspection, order accuracy, quality standards, shipping preparation, sewing support, and production workflow. Advancement opportunities vary by department and business need .
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor and Lead, this role supports quality control for high post production garments. You will inspect finished product, communicate when garments need to be corrected or redone, and help ensure orders are accurate , clean, counted, folded, labeled, boxed, and ready for shipping.
This is a hands-on production role for someone who has a strong eye for detail, takes pride in quality, and likes steady, team-based work. Sewing machine experience is helpful for sewing labels on garments as needed.

CONTINUOUSLY: Stand, reach, lift and carry materials weighing 10-50 lbs., and reach at, above, or below shoulder height while performing production tasks.
FREQUENTLY: Push, pull, twist, and move materials while sorting, folding, boxing, and organizing garments.
OCCASIONALLY: Walk, sit, balance, and bend as needed during the shift.
NEVER: Climb or crawl as an essential function of the role.
