Job summary

T-Shirt Tycoon is seeking a Print Inspector responsible for quality control of garment prints, color accuracy, and finished goods counts during production. The role entails notifying the Press Operator of any print issues and isolating rejected prints to maintain output standards.

• Combination of education and experience.
• Good judgement of color, design, and print quality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect printed garments for color, registration, and print quality against CD/PDF and retained first run sample.
• Perform ink tests during production to ensure ink is drying and/or curing properly.
• Inform the Press Operator of any print issues during production.
• Record any rejected garments on the job ticket.
• Follow the company policies, procedures, safety instructions, and applicable laws.
• Maintain a clean workstation and press area.
