Job summary

Martinizing Cleaners Cedar Park is seeking a Garment Presser & Finisher for our brand-new, environmentally-friendly Cedar Park plant. The role requires reliability, fast learning, and the ability to multitask in a busy production setting, with strong attention to detail and safe equipment operation.

You will press, finish, and organize garments, meet quality standards, and collaborate with the team to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Press and finish freshly-washed garments using assigned methods and equipment
• Meet Martinizing standards of pressing quality and efficiency
• Run wet cleaning loads
• Fold and organize pressed and finished garments
• Cooperate with production team to hit targets
• Sort garments to proper stations throughout the plant
• Maintain general housekeeping to support a clean appearance
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Martinizing Cleaners is looking for a Garment Presser & Finisher!

Most of our extraordinary team is hired, and we are looking for the last few exceptional, motivated teammates!

We are building something special and seek a Garment Presser & Finisher for our brand new, environmentally-friendly Martinizing dry cleaning plant in Cedar Park. This key teammate must be reliable, a quick learner, with strong ability to multitask, and like working a fast-paced production environment. Also essential are high attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, pride in one's work, and the ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join a hard-working and passionate garment production team, in a growth business, to help us produce the best product and run an efficient, streamlined, professional operation.

Responsibilities of a Presser & Finisher:

• Press and finish freshly-washed garments using assigned methods and equipment
• Meet all Martinizing standards of pressing quality and efficiency
• Run wet cleaning loads
• Fold and organize pressed and finished garments
• Cooperate with other members of the production team to ensure all production targets are met
• Sorting of garments to proper stations throughout the plant
• General housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance
• Additional duties as assigned

Previous experience working in a dry cleaning or laundry facility is preferred but not required.

• If you have previously worked as a housekeeper, cleaner, custodian, or in general labor, please apply! We will teach you how to press garments and how to use all the necessary equipment. It is most important for us to hire the right person for our team culture.
