Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Garment Technician in Apex, NC to manage delivery, unloading, and organization of industrial garments across the campus. You will stage apparel in designated areas, ensure correct drop zones, and promptly move clean garments to their destinations.

No formal education is required; 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred. You may need a valid driver’s license and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• No education requirement; 6 months to 1 year experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required; forklift certification possible.
• Ability to read instructions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Stop at risk behavior of others and self
• Perform work assignments individually or in a team with other employees as required
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Fill in during staff shortage
• Breakdown of Prudential Tall Boys in B13 Warehouse
• Staging Industrial garments in B13 Warehouse for delivery by drop zone and size
• Delivery of clean Industrial garments to drop zones throughout campus
• Removal of soiled bags from drop zones throughout campus
• Return of soiled bags to B13
