Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The role involves folding garments, counting output, and preparing bundles for delivery to customers.

This position offers a performance-based incentive; the greater the production standards achieved, the higher the potential earnings. The role requires standing, fast pace work, and strict adherence to safety and attendance policies.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to stand for most of shift.
• Able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer product manually or with an industrial folding machine.
• Count folded product and prepare bundles for delivery to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and folding station.
• Adhere to attendance policy and safety guidelines.
• Support production standards and meet performance incentives.
