Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder folds product manually or with a folding machine, counts folded items, and bundles them for delivery while keeping the area clean.

It includes a performance-based incentive tied to production standards. Candidates should be able to work on second shift, comply with safety and attendance policies, and be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Standing for most of shift and performing repetitive motions.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and 18 years or older.
• Ability to push carts or bins as needed to station for folding.
• Adherence to attendance and safety policies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer garments manually or with an industrial folding machine.
• Count folded product and prepare bundles for delivery to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
• Participate in a performance-based incentive program tied to production standards.
