Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The role involves folding customer products, counting bundles, and preparing them for delivery. You will maintain a clean workspace and strive to meet production standards to unlock incentive pay.

The position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure and requires standing for long periods and repetitive motions. This is a temporary, full-time role with a 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer garments manually or with an industrial folding machine.
• Count folded product and prepare bundles for delivery.
