Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The role entails folding garments, counting products, and bundling for delivery, with a focus on keeping the work area clean and safe.

A performance-based incentive pays extra for meeting production standards. The position is full-time, on the 2nd shift, with hourly pay and potential additional earnings based on productivity.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Attendance policy must be adhered to.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Standing for most of the shift and repetitive motions required.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer garments manually or with folding machine.
• Count folded product and prepare bundles for delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Meet or exceed production standards for incentives.
