Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The role involves folding customer product manually or with an industrial folding machine, counting folded items, and preparing bundles for delivery while keeping the work area clean and organized.

The position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure; meeting or exceeding production standards may lead to higher hourly pay. Training is provided, and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to stand for most of shift.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
