Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division in Bakersfield, CA. The role involves folding customer product, counting, and forming bundles for delivery, while keeping the work area clean and safe.

The position offers an incentive Pay up to $3.00 extra per hour based on meeting or exceeding production standards, in addition to competitive hourly wages.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer garments manually or with an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded products and prepare bundles for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
