Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The role folds customer product, counts it, and prepares bundles for delivery, with emphasis on accuracy and maintaining a clean work area.

You will work on a 2nd shift in a fast-paced environment, with an incentive pay structure tied to meeting production standards and potential earnings up to an extra $3 per hour based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer product manually or with an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product and prepare bundles for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
