Best Cleaners, Inc. is seeking a Garment Finisher/Customer Experience Specialist to greet customers, guide them through services, and ensure quality in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will process transactions, press and finish garments, and help maintain smooth store operations with a positive, customer-first attitude. The role involves handling garments, spotting stains, and preparing finished items for pickup, with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth, energy, and genuine care.
• Guide guests through services to ensure they get exactly what they need.
• Process transactions with accuracy and ease.
• Tag, organize, and manage garments with attention to detail.
• Handle questions or concerns with confidence and positivity.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep operations smooth and fun.
• Be an ambassador of our brand and spread service excellence daily.
• Use assigned equipment to press customer garments.
• Identify spots and stains and perform spotting as needed.
• Inspect quality of work and touch up as needed.
• Assure product quality.
• Prepare finished garments for customer pickup.
• Maintain the dry-cleaning system according to schedule.
• Understand and maintain the flow of garments.
• Flexible schedule with Saturday availability.
• 6:30 a.m.-7:00 a.m. start time on some days.
