• Verify garment counts and delivery details for accurate distribution.
• Maintain clear communication with the tailoring studio, store teams, and management regarding deliveries, pickups, and delays.
• Follow an established delivery schedule and prioritize timely service.
• Assist with organizing garments for delivery and confirming completed alterations are returned to the correct stores.
• Report missing, damaged, or mislabeled garments promptly.
• Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with staff.
