The Gardener position involves providing ongoing landscape maintenance for Disneyland Resort properties, ensuring safety and efficiency in all tasks.

Basic Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this role.

Schedule Availability

• Available to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, across any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in daily landscape maintenance, including soil and planter preparation, planting, flower removal, pruning, monitoring plant health, and irrigation management.
• Casual gardening for neighbors or personal yards does not meet the experience requirement.

Compensation Details

The hourly pay rate in California ranges from $26.00 to $32.67, aligned with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Actual offers depend on regional factors, skills, and experience. Benefits such as medical and financial packages may be included. Learn more at: Disney Benefits.

Additional Information
