Estate Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance, LLC in Naples, FL is seeking a motivated Gardener to maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for our local clients. You will perform turf and plant care, operate mowers and power equipment, and work both independently and as part of a small team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of landscaping experience preferred.
• Experience operating 52” rider mowers, 48” stand-on mowers, and 36” walk-behind mowers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and exert up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, and raking.
• Safely operate and maintain power equipment, including walk-behind mowers, reel-type mowers, power edgers, and line trimmers.
• Carry out detailed care activities, including pruning, hedging, installing mortarless masonry wall units, and assisting with sprinkler installation.
• Conduct daily equipment maintenance, such as checking oil, tire pressure, and greasing, while adhering to safety and fueling procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver superior results and uphold company standards.
