Mahoney's Garden Shop Manager oversees the Garden Shop's products, displays, and inventory across multiple locations in the Greater Boston Area and Cape Cod. The role requires coordinating staffing and inventory with operations leadership to maintain quality and presentation.

Competenze

Minimum of 3 years of progressive responsibility in retail store operations or retail inventory management.
Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred but not required.
Experience in horticultural or gardening fields preferred.
Demonstrated project management skills and accountability.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) required.

Mansioni

Coordinate staffing and inventory needs with Operations Manager.
Receive products, implement displays, and conduct floor moves for the department.
Build relationships with employees and customers and share product knowledge.
Maintain inventory health and appearance per company standards.
Handle administrative tasks: payroll approval, product orders, invoices, and documentation.
Communicate department trends and purchase recommendations to the GM.
Utilize department space for improved displays and floor placement ideas.
Provide department directives to associates to ensure timely inventory movement.
Support Merchandising and other Department Managers with special tasks as assigned.
