Job summary

Mahoney's Garden Shop is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead and improve service across phone, text, email, social media, and e-commerce channels. You will supervise staffing, training, and performance standards for Winchester and Falmouth locations, with potential expansion to additional sites.

The role includes donor requests and community outreach initiatives. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer service with leadership experience, strong plant knowledge, and familiarity with POS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in customer service with leadership roles.
• Experience with POS or inventory management software preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily customer service operations across channels to ensure prompt, accurate responses.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service team for professional service.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, workload distribution, and department coverage.
• Monitor performance via service metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with E-commerce, Marketing, and store teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
