Terrain is seeking a Nursery Sales Associate in Franklin, TN, to engage customers about home décor and gardening and exemplify terrain’s four promises: welcome, inspire, inform, and appreciate. You will help create inspiring displays and deliver a seamless shopping experience in-store, curbside, and local delivery.

The role prioritizes customer relationships, product knowledge, and teamwork within a dynamic retail environment, with outside duties in all weather and a need for adaptable hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Horticulture understanding.
• Basic knowledge of home décor trends & gardening.
• Willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
