Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Punctual with limited absences and a professional appearance.
• Willing to learn horticulture and grow with the team.
• Valid NC Driver's License (or state license) with limited infractions.

Responsibilities

• Lock equipment and trucks when not in use at job sites and in the shop.
• Contribute to the care and cleanliness of equipment and trucks.
• Prioritize safety by using PPE and reporting any accidents or injuries.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow skills listed on the GET Skills Checklist.
• Communicate effectively with the foreman and team members.
• Keep accurate job time via a phone app.
• Ask for the next assignment upon completion of tasks.
• Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Be present and on time.
• Be able to drive the team truck as necessary.
• Follow the New Garden Way every day.

Position Overview:

We're currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Garden Enhancement team. We are willing to train the right candidate if you have a great attitude and are willing to learn. As a crew member, you will play a crucial role in delighting clients with top-notch horticultural services while working collaboratively in a safe and efficient manner. This position offers a competitive starting pay of $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.

Requirements
