Job summary

A local garden center is seeking Retail Team Members to provide exceptional guest service and assist customers with their gardening needs. You will create memorable experiences by answering questions and building strong relationships with guests. The position requires an outgoing personality, willingness to work outdoors, and flexibility to adapt to changes. Position Summary

We are searching for Retail Team Members that are passionate about helping people. You will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and making sure every person who walks through the doors feels special and welcome. We sell the experience, so it is your responsibility to answer questions, educate, and offer solutions to customer needs. As the face of our company, you will build strong relationships with our guests that will build brand loyalty and keep them coming back.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable guest experience
• Assist customers in finding plants and answering questions about their gardening projects
• Complete any sale from greeting, to processing the sale and assist with loading the customer purchase in their vehicle
• Stock, water and maintain plant displays
• Assist in merchandising and receiving as directed
