Hollandia Nurseries, a Premiere Nursery, Grower and vendor of plants and nursery stock material for 60 years, is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic person as GARDEN CENTER MANAGER in Bethel, Connecticut. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales skills in a horticulture environment. The candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with people and plants.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. CUSTOMER SERVICE/ SALES
2. Management of cashiers & garden center staff for schedule and daily tasks
3. Create retail displays and garden designs
4. Holiday Décor and Seasonal Displays

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of Nursery/plant experience
2. Retail Management experience; weekends are required
3. Horticulture Experience - knowledge of trees, plants, and shrubs
4. Strong interpersonal communication skills
