Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in a high-volume retail environment.
• Garden center, nursery, horticulture experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze performance and turn insights into action.
• Strong merchandising, customer service, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team with succession planning.
• Own financial performance and drive sustainable growth across retail and wholesale.
• Deliver against sales, margin, payroll, expense, inventory, and productivity targets.
• Inform assortment and merchandising decisions using data and market insights.
• Enhance customer experience and service standards.
• Collaborate with Retail and Home Office teams to align strategy.
