Proximity Hotel in Greensboro, North Carolina, is seeking a friendly and energetic Gardener / Garden Assistant to join our hospitality team and support our mission of outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include grooming and maintenance of our grounds, assisting with pruning, watering and weeding, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Hours are part-time, about 30–35 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility based on weather and seasonal needs.

Qualifications

• Average of 30 – 35 hours per week (hours vary seasonally).
• Must be able to be flexible with scheduling based on weather conditions and seasonal needs.
• Experience working in gardening is a plus.
• Friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented.
