Job summary

Four Winds Casinos in New Buffalo, MI is seeking a Full-Time Cold Food Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role focuses on preparing cold dishes across assigned restaurants following established menus and recipes, maintaining quality and presentation standards.

You will monitor salad bar production, ensure strict kitchen hygiene, comply with state health regulations, and operate kitchen equipment safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred. One to two years related experience in a large multi-outlet facility.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all cold food products for assigned restaurants as prescribed by menus.
• Executes preparation of all recipes according to recipe standards and production schedules.
• Maintains excellence in kitchen hygiene and safety.
• Monitors the salad bar in the buffet and ensures quality presentation.
• Adheres to State Health Department regulations and standards.
• Works in a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized manner and handles food service equipment properly.
• Promotes atmosphere of fun and mutual respect within the department.
