Qualifications

• 2+ years of prep cook experience preferred.
• Strong knife skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute prep lists in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Operate and monitor a wood-fired pizza oven as needed.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, FIFO, and safety practices.
• Follow recipes, timing, and company standards consistently.
• Adhere to kitchen schedules and opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain a positive, guest-focused work environment.
