Responsibilities

• Prepare cold dishes like salads, appetizers, canapés, and cold platters.
• Create displays and platters for banquets or events.
• Manage storage, stock the walk-in, label items, and monitor temps.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and follow safety guidelines.
• Chop, portion, and store ingredients; assist in menu planning.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to drug-, tobacco-, and nicotine-free policies.
