Job summary

VPNE Parking Solutions LLC in Boston is seeking an entry-level Parking Attendant to greet guests, park and manage vehicles safely, and maintain a neat, organized garage environment.

You will read and follow VPNE guidelines, uphold a professional appearance, pass background checks, and provide excellent guest service while supporting teammates during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to smile during customer interactions.
• Upbeat personality with a strong work ethic.
• Maintain uniform standards on premises.
• Read, write and verbally communicate in English.
• Move quickly and organize cars efficiently.
• Stand for long periods.
• Safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test on a manual transmission vehicle.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Pass a criminal background check and RMV check.
• Create relationships with customers.
• Be organized.
• Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE’s current insurance provider.

• Help facilitate transition at the end of the shift.
• Provide information about the garage, such as the hours of operation, rates, or any special promotions upon request.
• Always maintain a neatly groomed appearance.
• Cleaning duties as assigned
• Adhere to the VPNE attendance policy.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate safety gear and promptly reporting any hazards or incidents.
