Job summary

VPNE Parking Solutions LLC is seeking an entry-level Garage Valet Attendant in Brookline, MA. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6am–2pm. The role focuses on parking and retrieving vehicles while delivering a positive, friendly guest experience and maintaining safety and organization throughout the garage.

You will engage with guests, park cars safely, keep track of keys, and adhere to VPNE policies. A neat appearance, strong work ethic, and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Park customers’ vehicles in designated parking spots, ensuring they are parked safely and securely.
• Provide exceptional guest experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm

The Garage Valet Attendant is a customer service position involving parking and retrieving vehicles for customers. The primary responsibility of a garage valet is to provide a positive and efficient parking experience for customers and to make a fantastic impression through every interaction by engaging with our guests and customers in a positive and friendly manner, giving them the best experience possible while providing safe and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Keep the safety of self and others in mind at all times.

• You will park customers’ vehicles in designated parking spots, ensuring they are parked safely and securely, minimizing the potential for accidents.

• Keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.

• Provide exceptional guest experience.

• Maintain organization at operation.

• Be enthusiastic about the job, creating a positive environment for the customers and teammates to enjoy

• Use professional communication and VPNE-approved language choices.

• Help facilitate transition at the end of the shift.

• Provide information about the garage, such as the hours of operation, rates, or any special promotions upon request.

• Always maintain a neatly groomed appearance.

• Cleaning duties as assigned

• Adhere to the VPNE attendance policy.

• You will adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate safety gear and promptly reporting any hazards or incidents.

• Ability to fill out damage or accident supports

Years of Experience: Entry Level

Language Skills: Proficient in English, both verbally and written

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Able to smile during customer interactions

• Possess an upbeat personality, a willingness to go the extra mile, and a strong work ethic

• Maintain uniform standards when on job premises

• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English

• Ability to move quickly.

• Ability to organize cars efficiently

• Ability to stand for long periods

• Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test on a manual transmission vehicle

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
