Groupe Dynamite GARAGE is seeking a Store Manager in Omaha to promote a positive shopping experience and lead a high-performing team. You will recruit, train, and coach staff to exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional store standards.

The role requires fashion passion, strong problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities
• Demonstrate the ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and a sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs

The Role:

Reporting to the District Manager your main focus as Store Manager is to promote a positive shopping experience and build loyal customer relationships. You produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and excellent standards.
