Job summary

Garage Clothing Co is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team and deliver a positive shopping experience. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while driving store operations, sales, and productivity to exceed targets.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will build customer relationships, promote brand standards, and maximize profitability through effective scheduling, visual standards, and coaching. Evening/weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, asset.
• 3-5 years of management experience in fashion clothing environment or equivalent.
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented.
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities.
• Promotes participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices.
• Promotes flexibility, urgency in changing environment with impactful ideas.
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

The Role:
