Job Summary

Reporting to the District Manager, as Store Manager, your main focus is to promote a positive shopping experience, build loyal client relationships, and produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high-performing team. You will drive operational efficiency and traffic through digital platforms, recruit, train, and coach your team, and maximize store profitability by surpassing sales and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail, or equivalent management experience
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to foster an environment of participation, creativity, and learning
• Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency in responding to business needs
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively
• Social media skills, mobile device proficiency, and Microsoft Office or Open-Office skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary Range

USD $32.50 - USD $42.50 per hour
