Job Summary
Reporting to the District Manager, your main focus as Store Manager is to promote a positive shopping experience, build loyal client relationships, and produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency and traffic through digital platforms. You demonstrate great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You maximize the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
  • 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
  • Passion for fashion & customer-oriented
  • Solve problems and make decisions effectively
  • Ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and building on others' ideas
  • Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency in responding to changing business needs, contributing impactful ideas and solutions
  • Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
  • Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs
