Job summary

Groupe Dynamite is seeking an Operations Associate for Garage stores. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will own the stockroom, move inventory, process shipments, and keep the floor full and fresh to create a seamless in-store experience for customers.

You are detail-oriented, a proactive team player, and comfortable with a customer-first mindset. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed to support the team and evolving campaigns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related).
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus).
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities
