Job summary

Garage & Dynamite is seeking an Operations Associate to maintain the store flow and energy. You will own the stockroom, move inventory, process shipments, and keep the floor vibrant to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will support e-commerce orders and markdowns while staying detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer growth opportunities and an employee discount as part of a growing brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 6+ months stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related).
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus).
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as Operations Associate is all about keeping the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and make sure the floor stays full and fresh.
